Lebanon Reservoir Campground Closed for the 2011 Season - Thank you for contributing to a successful year at our park. The exposure gained from our new website and the online reservations programs brought many new faces our way this year as did the positive impact of our booth at the RV Show in Syracuse in March. The expanded activities program went well and we were especially pleased with the response to the weekly Friday evening Social Hour and activities program held in the Upper Pavilion. Kayak rentals also proved popular as did the new game room.

We are looking forward to the 2012 season. Make your 2012 reservations for seasonal sites soon for the best selection. The rates schedule for 2012 is now posted. You will note there were no price increases for 2012. Be sure to try out our new online reservations system when you are planning to spend time with us. We will re-open for the year on May 15, 2012

Lebanon Reservoir Campground is a family operated RV Park located on historic Lebanon Reservoir in the town of Lebanon, Madison County, New York. The 130-acre Reservoir dates to the 1830's when several such lakes were built in the area to provide a water supply source to sustain the Chenango Canal. Now maintained by the Canal Corporation, an agency within the New York State Thruway Authority, the Reservoir is a favorite fishing, boating and swimming area. The 100-acre campground includes extensive water frontage on the Reservoir and many campsites offer a water view.

Lebanon Reservoir Campground celebrates its 47th year in operation this year and has grown to include 135 sites. The beautifully landscaped grounds incorporate many species of trees and shrubs, perennial and annual plant beds, and extensive lawn areas.

The campground was founded by Gailan and Carolyn Hartshorn in the 1960s, the campground is now managed by a second and third generation of the family, including Truman, Mary Karen, Louise, Lois and Alan. Carolyn celebrated her 92nd birthday in 2011 and remains active in the business, as well. Come join us for a memorable experience at Lebanon Reservoir Campground.
